FAQs

For general dust and dirt, use a vacuum cleaner with an appropriate head attachment to clean your curtains. For more stubborn stains, use a cloth with lukewarm soapy water to lightly wipe away the marks. Hot water can cause damage to fabrics, so be sure to check the temperature before applying.

Curtains should ideally hang 4-6 inches above the window and either at the sill, just below the sill, or to the floor, depending on the style you want to achieve.

Curtains should be washed with care either by hand or using a delicate setting on a washing machine. Water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees during the wash. For best results, hang out curtains to drip dry rather than using the spin or drying settings on your machine.

Standard Delivery charge on orders under £95 is £9.95

We also deliver made to measure curtains, blinds and wallpapers internationally. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the UK.

You will be notified at our earliest opportunity regarding any items that are out of stock/delayed.

Returns

All made to measure orders are handmade and quality checked before shipping, but if you feel like something is wrong, we’ll be happy to help. Once you receive your curtains and blinds, make sure to check them immediately and let us know if you find any damage or defects.
